Then two days later, when I tried to schedule a consultation again, they told me to pay another 10,000 won.. When I said I had already transferred it, they said that was that, and I had to pay again. Is this right? I understand paying a consultation fee, but if I contacted them in advance and asked to postpone the consultation schedule, is that really something I should have to pay 10,000 won for? When I asked what the purpose of the 10,000 won was, they said it was to prevent no-shows.. Is this right?
