Review of surgery for a low nose and bulbous nose

Before before before, after after after I chose Named as my clinic because other places were factory-style with several directors, but here there was only one director, so I liked that they focused on me. My nostril wings were rounded and spread out, and I had a protruding mouth, so I wanted to raise my nose while making my mouth look a bit less protrusive. Even right before the surgery, they asked me in detail what kind of look I wanted, and the director and consultation manager were so kind, which I liked. I used 3 mm, and ear cartilage was used for the nasal tip. They made my nose exactly how I wanted it: high but not pointy, with the tip falling slightly rounded, and since my chin was short and looked like a recessed chin, they made it look like I naturally had a chin too haha My friends also complimented me, saying my side profile is insane. The fat grafting was not excessive, but my side profile gained more dimension. These photos are from a little over one month after surgery. There is still a little swelling at the nasal tip, and most of the major swelling has gone down. I escaped being a nose-person for 20-something years. Thank you, director~!!
