It has now been about 10 days since my rhinoplasty, and I’m slowly starting to worry about side effects,,, The surgery was non-implant rhinoplasty, cartilage repositioning + cartilage suturing, cartilage insertion (autologous septal cartilage), and only shaving down the dorsal hump. But after looking things up a bit, I saw a lot of posts saying that even non-implant rhinoplasty can have side effects, inflammatory reactions, and so on... Because of the nature of my major, I often overwork and have to stay up all night,, Has anyone had surgery with no implant and experienced side effects???
