Day 4 after surgery with completely no implant! It didn’t hurt at all, not even 1%, and I think it turned out cleanly. Will the nasal tip come down more??? They used ear cartilage + postauricular fascia + septal cartilage, and I was discharged the same day! I’d been thinking about it for nearly 10 years since I was a student... then I got the chance and suddenly went for it. I hope the nasal tip comes down a bit. Will it come down?
