This ear cartilage in the nasal bridge was inserted off to one side, so even the glasses I wore before the surgery didn’t fit anymore

When I met the director at 3 months, he acknowledged that the lifted nostril and the over-osteotomized right nasal bridge were parts he had missed
He said he would take responsibility and provide AS. He said he would remove and reposition the ear cartilage in the nasal bridge, insert ear cartilage into one nostril to lower the nostril opening, and for the over-osteotomized area,
he would restore the osteotomy + add dermis to lift it up. I heard osteotomy restoration isn’t easy, so this... is it possible??
And I’ll recommend never putting ear cartilage in the nasal bridge...
