I'm on day 12 after rhinoplasty with no implant at all, using ear cartilage. It feels pinched, and during the consultation I said I really hated a pinched-looking nose.. Does it only look pinched to my eyes? Will it get better once the swelling goes down? I feel like once the swelling goes down, the nasal alar area will look even more indented and worse. If anyone had a similar experience, please leave a comment
I also had the columella stitches removed on day 7, but on day 9 it hadn't healed enough, so they sutured it again.. I'm going to get the stitches removed tomorrow, but I'm really worried about scar marks because they left the stitches in longer than other people.. There are blood scabs, but once the scabs fall off, it won't leave scars and it'll be okay, right?
