By chance, I learned about alar reduction, and after looking up tons of reviews, I went to Unimedi Plastic Surgery, which was consistently recommended, and went in for a consultation feeling nervous. The manager explained everything so kindly and enthusiastically that I decided to go ahead with alar reduction and alar ptosis improvement together. I hesitated because of the scar, but I decided to do it, and the procedure was so simple it felt more like a treatment than surgery. I even thought I had worried for no reason, because the scar is barely visible. Right after the procedure, my mom saw me and even asked if it had already ended and whether I had actually had surgery, since it was over so quickly and there was absolutely no sign of it. The surgery took about 40 to 50 minutes including anesthesia. The anesthesia stings a bit, like getting anesthetic injections in the gums, and I was so scared that I wanted to do sleep anesthesia, but it hardly hurt, so I was embarrassed Now it's been exactly a month, and I haven't used the scar ointment much, only lotion, but unless you look closely at the nose, it's hard to see. Everyone around me says it doesn't show at all. I strongly recommend Unimedi, a true specialist in alar reduction.
