I used ear cartilage and septal cartilage, but my nasal tip has drooped, and I don’t like the shape either, so I’m looking into revision surgery. Rather than a natural look, I’m looking more toward a glamorous look. For a glamorous-looking nose, can I assume they basically always use costal cartilage? And also, are there separate clinics that are especially good at handling costal cartilage, or is it right to just look for places that are good at creating a glamorous style? I’m thinking about ㅁㅇㄷ, ㅇㅂㅌ, and ㅈㅇㅌ, but maybe because it’s revision rhinoplasty, I feel even more conflicted..
