I had alar reduction without silicone, but now I’m thinking about a silicone implant. I keep seeing posts about cases where contracture happened, and it feels like maybe I can’t avoid it either, but I still want to have surgery and live with this nose. lol What am I supposed to do? Human desire ㅜㅜㅜ

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
