Before <really almost no swelling> Since my eyes were very sunken, they were eyes where the double eyelid line could not be raised any higher than that. I had natural adhesion double eyelid surgery, medial epicanthoplasty, and ptosis correction, and most of the major swelling went down in almost two weeks. But when setting the line, it doesn't seem like they really listen much to the client's requests. I thought they would adjust the line while I was awake during surgery, but they didn't. Also, the double eyelid line on my left eye is already getting faint... If you have protruding eyes, I recommend it; otherwise, go somewhere else. I should have just had incisional surgery....
