Before <Before surgery> Before <Makeup before surgery> After <Immediately after surgery on the day> After <Morning of day 2> After <Evening of day 3> After <Morning of day 4> After <Evening of day 5> After <Stitches removed (day 8)> After <Current side view on day 10> It’s day 10, so I’m posting a progress review.
I had natural adhesion double eyelid surgery, ptosis correction, diagonal canthoplasty (epicanthoplasty), lateral canthoplasty, and lower canthoplasty.
Day of surgery) The operating room was warm, and they covered my legs with a blanket, so I felt reassured. The 4-point natural adhesion, ptosis correction, and epicanthoplasty were finished without much pain. It felt similar to getting makeup done at a shop. The lower canthoplasty was quite uncomfortable because I had to have a frame inserted to keep my eyes open, and I had to feel them cutting with scissors and pulling with thread, so I broke out in a cold sweat and it was pretty uncomfortable. Also, right after surgery, the lower canthoplasty had lowered my eyes so much that they looked very gyaru-like, so I was a bit surprised. Of course, remembering the natural results the consultant had, I believed it was because of swelling +_+ 4. I wasn’t dizzy immediately after surgery, but afterward I spent about 4 hours around Gangnam Station eating dinner and going to a cafe, so maybe because of that, I felt kind of out of it and dazed, like I was drunk.
Day 2) In the evening, the area on the right outer corner where I had lower canthoplasty felt prickly. I felt worried that the area might become inflamed. I was worried because there was blood pooled in half of the white of my left eye near the outer corner. I asked the hospital through Kakao Channel, and they replied right away that for conjunctival hemorrhage, I should use artificial tears. Around 2 p.m., I felt like blood was tightly pooling in my eyes. Thankfully, there wasn’t the shocking swelling explosion I had feared. By around 2 p.m., both under and above my eyes felt tighter and more swollen than on day 1.
I recorded the detailed review on my blog every day. https://m.blog.naver.com/yunikon/223338531533
