It was my second revision surgery. The canthoplasty definitely opened the eyes more, but when I smile, I get some wrinkles around the outer corners of my eyes, so that part is disappointing.. I had not thought about that part at all, so I think it would be good to keep it in mind. If I were to do it again, I think I probably would not because I do not like eye wrinkles Plastic surgery is hard
