I'm planning to go to Ititem, Mind, and Chiyu, and since I'm getting my nose redone this time, I'm debating whether to get fat grafting too. If I do facial fat grafting together, would it look too artificial or overdone, like I had too much plastic surgery? Since I'm already doing it, I want to do my forehead, side cheeks, and nasolabial folds too Or since it wasn't in my original plan, should I think about that later and only get consultations for rhinoplasty revision.. What would you guys do? Do it together while I'm at it, or do it later after the recovery period from the nose surgery?
