After <3 months after the procedure>After <3 months after the procedure>Before <the day before the procedure>Before <the day after the procedure>I have a slim frame, so I usually don’t hear that I look like I’ve gained weight, but whenever I did an InBody scan, it always came out as skinny fat. My fat tends to be concentrated around my belly and lower body, and especially my belly was stressful because it would swell up like a mountain whenever I ate I tried all kinds of diets because of my lower belly concern, but my willpower was weak and I failed every time.. This year, I decided on the procedure because I wanted to finally succeed and spend my younger years looking pretty. It’s already been 3 months, so I brought a review. To start with the result, I reached my goal weight, so it was a success!
I was most worried about side effects from liposuction surgery, so I got LAMS because it’s said to be safe, and since they also provided aftercare every week, the swelling went down quickly. Once I entered the 3-month mark, which they call the golden period for LAMS, I reached exactly my goal weight.
Honestly, I tried to exercise alongside it too, but it wasn’t easy. Still, I reduced how much I drank (I originally loved alcohol so much that I drank 5 times a week including drinking alone...), cut out sweet snacks, and only drank iced Americano for cafe drinks. I didn’t skip the weekly aftercare, and with this diet control + light cardio, I lost 4 kg over 3 months and succeeded in reaching 48 kg!
For about a month after the procedure, there was swelling, so I couldn’t really tell whether the fat had gone down, but once all the swelling went away, my weight really dropped quickly. And for aftercare, I alternated every week between mesotherapy fat-dissolving injections and extracorporeal shockwave therapy, and thanks to that, I think my waistline really shaped up beautifully. Losing belly fat is important, but I think losing it in a pretty way is important too.
