Hospital pick I originally planned to do it in Daegu, but I heard a place called ㄷㅌㅍ was good, so I recklessly made a reservation... Then I found out the ㄷㅌㅍ in the good reviews wasn't Daegu ㄷㅌ Feel but Seoul ㄷㅌ Fit, so I hurriedly switched to Seoul. Because I have a severe lower-body-heavy figure, I asked three places that said they would remove as much as possible about schedules and prices through chat consultation, and Reart matched both the schedule and price perfectly, so I picked it right away and went up there. 1. Before surgery During the consultation, I described the style I wanted way too abstractly (uh... I know my legs won't become stick-thin because I have muscle, just as slim as possible? Leave only the muscle.. as much as possible within a range that won't look weird...? I ended up saying something like that), but they understood exactly what I meant. They strongly recommended the hip line, saying the shape would look strange if I didn't do it, and also recommended pelvic fat grafting, but I already think I have hips and felt the cost-effectiveness was a bit low, so I didn't do that. For the hip line, I begged my mom and decided to do it. Since I'm from out of town and round trips are hard, I said I didn't need aftercare; instead, they discounted part of the hip-line price, gave calf Botox as a service, and included compression garments for free, so I was very satisfied. The consultant who handled my consultation was also extremely kind, and I liked that I could feel she was trying to accommodate me as much as possible haha 2. Operating room When I had arm surgery, they sprayed povidone all over in the operating room, I was freezing, and they kept poking me to get a vein in my foot like I was being tenderized, so I was a little scared. But here, they just applied Vaseline, had me lie face down, inserted an IV in my arm, and then!suddenly! said, "You're going to feel sleepy now~" so I was like, huh??? and immediately passed out lolololololol. I love that they put you to sleep before disinfecting... After surgery, my cheekbone was pressed and hurt a little, but other than that, very good! 3. Right after surgery When I opened my eyes in the recovery room, I felt really dizzy and exhausted, like, am I going to die...? It was intense... Maybe because of recovery-room turnover, I left after only an hour and a half and went to my aunt's place in Seoul. I slept again in the car and felt a bit better.. Public transportation would be absolutely impossible 4. First three days On the day of surgery, it felt like a dull, heavy pain, so I could move around okay and eat, but I was very dizzy... I sat on the toilet to pee for the first time and almost died, then hovered in the air to do my business.. On the second day, even moving just a little made every single strand of muscle hurt like they were screaming in dissonance.... Still, by the afternoon it got somewhat better On the third day, I could walk to some extent... But I supported myself with my arms while moving and walked home slowly with my feet about shoulder-width apart. The pain was a little less, but the toilet was still torture 5. Up to week 2 After just a week, I could ignore the pain to some degree and sit on the toilet. I could walk too.. But my heart kept beating fast, so I couldn't sleep, I was short of breath and dizzy, and my complexion got bad, so I kept taking coffee + iron + medicine + potassium supplements endlessly... As it got closer to week 2, that also improved, and the leg pain lessened. My legs are visibly thinner, and the shorts that didn't fit before are now ridiculously loose! But because of my belly fat... they don't close... lol And when I wear stockings, my thighs are very slim, but my calves look chunky... lololol sob, I really need to exercise... But now that the bulk in my thighs is gone, I move more and feel like exercise will be doable. 6. Overall review I'm extremely satisfied with the surgical result+! I knew my own legs well enough and fully knew they'd still be thick even if only muscle was left, but now it really feels like only the muscle remains haha. The reviews I saw from Daegu hospitals gave me the feeling of, hmm.... they did get smaller, but... But with my legs done here, I can really see that they got dramatically slimmer! so I was very happy... Also, at first I wondered what the hip line was about, but the mass that started from the back and showed from behind disappeared, so I'm really extremely satisfied... Reart saved me haha. I'll write again at 2 months!
