So far, I had been to ㅎㄴㅂ/ㅂㄹㅋ/431, and today I went to ㅋㄴㅍ. The current building is under construction, so it does feel a bit chaotic.
1. Waiting time: The wait was very long;; I think I waited almost over 40 minutes. I had seen posts about the waiting time, so I expected it, and personally it was something I could understand, so I let it pass. But if punctuality is important to you and you plan to visit multiple clinics in one day, I think it may be better to go there last.
2. Consultation: There was no CT scan, but the consultation was detailed and kind. Starting from whether a non-implant approach or an implant would be better, they compared cases similar to mine. At the hospitals I had visited so far, I really went in knowing nothing and just answered that everything sounded good before leaving. Because I was worried about implants, I wanted to do it without an implant, but they actually said my nasal bridge is high, so silicone should not be placed, and recommended a non-implant approach. They diagnosed my surgical plan as hump removal / osteotomy / no implant / raising the nasal tip by 3 mm / using septal cartilage, and using ear cartilage if there is not enough. I had also seen reviews saying the doctor looked extremely tired, but among all the consultations I have had so far, I think this one was the most specific and good. Apparently there were also posts suspecting ghost surgery, and they said that because of the current building construction, CCTV installation is difficult, but if I want, I can record the surgery scene with my own phone. I think the consultation lasted about 15 minutes. I don’t think it reached 20 minutes.

Cost and deposit: The quote came out to 3.7 million won, and there was no pressure to place a deposit, but I am exactly in my mid-30s, so I am not that young, and I felt like if I kept only going around for consultations and missed the timing again, I might never get it done, so I just booked it the same day. The consultation felt good too, and I put down a 200,000 won deposit. I plan to visit one more place next week as the last one, but among all the places I have been to so far, this felt like it might suit me well. I think it may be worth considering.
