While looking up nose surgery information on another community, I went because they said it was a clinic known for rhinoplasty. My own nose is a bulbous nose, but I also have a wide glabella (4.2 mm, and because my eye length is also long, my face feels less like fish) and a low bridge between the eyebrows, so I wanted to solve the wide glabella at the same time.
I told the consultation director that I wanted to narrow the glabella and also fix my bulbous nose. They said the glabella was so wide that it seemed okay to do the eyes and nose together. The chief doctor said the bulbous nose would improve if the eyes were made first, so they looked at the eyes first. They said they would help my sleepy-looking eyes open up with ptosis correction, and because my eyes are protruding, they would make the double eyelid line thin. For the nose, they said if silicone were put in the bridge and glabella, it would lift, so we should shape it with ear cartilage or septal cartilage. They also said we should reduce the nostrils from the inside at the same time so there would be no visible scar. For the epicanthoplasty, they said that since I have large eyes, luckily the Mongolian fold is covering them, so we should open it by 3 mm. Still, my glabella is wider than other people’s, but I guess narrowing it is something. They said to put 3 mm silicone in the glabella, and that since the tip of my nose is not low, they would not raise the tip.
I haven’t consulted other clinics, so I don’t know, but the chief doctor spoke in a way that felt trustworthy, and the example photos they showed made the results look naturally pretty, which I liked. I don’t know about the price because I haven’t been to other clinics, but it seems a bit expensive? I don’t spare money when it comes to my face, so it’s okay.
