I had rhinitis surgery and revision rhinoplasty at Nose Lab in early May.. I had surgery for a hump nose 13 years ago, and as time passed, my nasal tip started to droop, making it look like an arrow nose, and the implant in the nasal bridge made it look even longer, so I went ahead with surgery.. They removed the implant from the bridge, put silicone in the columella? area, and used donated costal cartilage at the tip. My rhinitis was also very severe, but now my breathing has improved a lot. As for the nose shape, it hasn't been long since surgery and there is still a lot of swelling, so I think I'll only know after watching it a bit more
