I went for a consultation because I wanted nose surgery, and after thinking it over, I came to see the doctor. I thought he was a very honest doctor. He told me kindly that while my nose was not objectively a pretty nose, it suited my current image well and that I probably did not need surgery. Honest answer: even if you get a tall and pretty nose, if it does not suit your overall image, it may be hard to be satisfied. The estimated cost was not exact.
