They did build it up quite high, and it might suit someone who wants a thin, high nose. But now, more than a year after the surgery, the cartilage at the tip of my nose is very visible and it has tilted slightly to the left.. I am satisfied with the height and shape, but for some reason I feel like I will need revision surgery again T_T
