1. Ahn Sung-jin Plastic Surgery - I think it was on a Naver blog. I was reading reviews by someone who had gone to consultations at several places, and one review caught my eye, so I visited in person. For reference, if you look at the initials and go into the Gaasa cafe, there is a list of clinic initials. I used that and figured out it was Ahn Sung-jin. - The idea that they could change the entire framework of the eyes sounded appealing, and I liked the before-and-after surgery photos the director showed me himself. But he only showed me a few. - During the consultation, the director talked about his own philosophy on plastic surgery, the countless revision-surgery patients who come to him, countless people connected to the entertainment industry, and about three before-and-after surgery photos. But he said those before-and-after photos were from surgeries done around 2004. He meant that he had been creating faces in such a refined way since long ago. - After my consultation with the director, I asked if he could show me just a few more review photos, but he said he was not that free, and that if I had not understood his style during the consultation, then I simply could not have surgery there, and told me to just leave. I did go during the last consultation slot. - After the consultation, I had a lot of trust in the director. That was because he basically talked about my whole face, and he gave me a facial analysis and problem-solving methods I had not heard anywhere else. I really felt like I wanted to have it done here, and since the director looked somewhat older, I wanted to have it done by this doctor before he got any older. - The consultation manager was very kind. We just stood facing each other at the front desk and talked a bit about the price. Even when I first entered the clinic, I rang the doorbell on the first floor and went in, and the manager was standing as if waiting to greet me and welcomed me. It felt like becoming a VIP customer at a department store. - The total price for the eyes came out to 7.3 million won. That included incisional double eyelid surgery, canthoplasty, framework adjustment, lower eyelid fat repositioning, fat grafting, and so on. If you do this much at another clinic it would be 3 to 4 million won, so it should not be compared with the 1 to 2 million won price for simply doing only the eyes. But still, it is true that it is somewhat expensive. - After I got home and talked with my parents, they said it was my first time and I am in my early 20s, so I probably did not need to do all that much, so I decided not to pay that high price to have it done here. But I do not know what will happen next time when I do my nose.
2. Kim Hyun-seok Plastic Surgery - I went knowing that he used to be at Dream. - I thought there would not be many clinics like Ahn Sung-jin, but this doctor also had a somewhat similar feel. He talked about aesthetics and explained his own philosophy on plastic surgery. - He tried making different lines and chose one, saying it was the line that would change my eyes beautifully to the greatest extent, but it felt more glamorous than what I wanted, so I ended up not doing it. - Non-incisional suture method only: 1.6 million won.
