The price-related part, and things I needed to think about beyond the surgery itself, like anesthesia and whether it was absolutely necessary, I discussed with the consultation manager. Everything was explained carefully.
I had no reviews from people around me, so I did not know much, and I made my decision based on reputation and current trends. Because of the name value, the really expensive places were already impossible to book, and they were expensive too. At the other places, I went for consultations after searching online, but I could not see a doctor, and after looking into it, I found out the doctor was not a specialist, so I passed even though there were many reviews.
Topstar has a board-certified specialist, has been in Gangnam for a long time, and I think they will know the current style well, so I am looking forward to the surgery coming up soon. But they recommended lower eyelid fat repositioning for me, while they did not recommend it to the friend who came with me. At one of the hospitals I consulted, they told me not to do lower eyelid fat repositioning because satisfaction would be low, and that I should do a facelift later instead, so I booked while setting aside some of that uneasy feeling. It was booked as a bundle discount with lower eyelid fat repositioning too... Is it better to do them together? Will it have a big effect? The price for lower eyelid fat repositioning was the same as facial fat grafting.
