<Day 6 eyes!>Before<Pre-op eyes, opening my eyes while using my eyebrows a lot>Now I had epicanthoplasty + entropion surgery (lower) + incisional ptosis correction! During surgery, I don’t know if I’m the type whose anesthesia wears off easily, but it seriously hurt like hell. They said I might feel dizzy when waking up because of the initial sleep anesthesia, but instead I felt refreshed, saw pretty kaleidoscope colors and shapes, and honestly felt like I understood why people get addicted to it... ㄷㄷ In the middle, when they were doing the dissection and that Bovie? the thing where they cauterize and cut, I was gripping my hands so tightly and didn’t want to make a sound, but with my mouth closed I just went uuuuuuuuuup!!!!!! It came out on its own It hurt so much... Even the stitching, the anesthesia didn’t work well toward the end, so my body startled by itself from the stinging and I flopped around like a fish just pulled out of water. I held it in and endured as much as I could After it was all over, the doctor patted me and said I endured it so well, sob Entropion is when the eyelashes poke the eye, and if you look below, the straight line you see is the entropion surgery! After surgery, I caught COVID from my family (^^...) I got more swollen than right after eye surgery and almost developed inflammation, but I barely managed to go to the clinic and got medicine. As soon as I took the medicine, I was fine the next day! The edema and everything went down, and even though it was an incision, my parents took a quick look and said it had improved enough that I could just go out Even though it was incisional, the swelling on the left went down quickly, which is good, but when will the right side go down I’m a little scared it’ll become uneven It won’t become uneven, right? I should wait a month before saying anything Everyone, be careful of COVID. If you’re unlucky like me, you’ll end up getting your stitches removed later! I’ll come back with another review in a week!
