I had LASIK surgery 7 years ago. At the time I worried about it, but once I actually did it, it was comfortable and good. At first, I diligently used eye drops and artificial tears, but now that I’ve gotten used to it, I use my phone at night with the lights off and things like that, so there has been a slight decrease in vision: 0.8/1.0. I think if you just take good care with electronic devices in daily life, you can maintain good vision.
