It is a closed rhinoplasty, and they recommended ENT-related surgery. For the shape, it seemed like they would try to match it as much as possible to what I want.
They said the surgery would be done under sedation anesthesia and local anesthesia. It seems to be a clinic famous for hump nose surgery.
If you want a closed hump nose surgery with a natural shape, I think it would be good to get a consultation there too1
