It has been exactly 20 days since my nose surgery.. I had nasal osteotomy, 2 mm silicone, and the nasal tip was raised with cartilage. My nose became too thin, so my face looks larger than before Can swelling spread sideways toward the cheekbone area? My cheekbones are also no joke, and my face wasn’t originally small either, so I’m a bit stressed. It also looks unnatural when I smile.. I kind of regret it now, what should I do? You can’t reverse nasal osteotomy, right.. Sigh, now after getting nose surgery, I’m getting tons of facial fat treatments, just in case my face might look a bit smaller.
