To get ready for summer, I started getting them regularly from April, and it's now 3 weeks since I had my 6th treatment! I gained about 5 to 6 kg around my belly, and all the weight from drinking went to my lower and upper abdomen I had a tadpole belly, so I thought it would look awful in a bikini, so I went to U-Line Clinic and got Body Cut injections, which are abdominal fat-dissolving injections! The very top photo is before the injections, and the two after that are after the injections! They said the effect would be better if I did dietary control together, so while getting the injection treatments, I managed my meals with a protein-focused diet for breakfast and dinner, and since I ate whatever I wanted at work for lunch, I didn't feel much stress from food! When I only exercised or did other diets, there was always a plateau I couldn't get past, so I kept giving up and then starting again after a while; those days went on for almost 2 years. These days, I just live with the feeling of, let's just not gain more weight than last week every week... hahaha Since I can see my body line gradually getting prettier, shopping for clothes and wearing them has become fun too haha. I feel like I'm finding joy again! Can you see it in the photos? This photo was taken exactly about 2 weeks after completing all 6 sessions, and the belly fat that used to protrude definitely went down a lot haha. So amazing.. Now let's not bulge out anymore, my belly fat~!
