MPL injections do nothing for me..

<First treatment> What part of this is even supposed to be a shot?? They told me to eat only tofu, sugar-free soy milk, and eggs, and send photos of every meal. If you eat like this, who wouldn't lose weight?? But I did it 2 to 3 days every week, I really drink alcohol almost every day for work, but I reduced it to 2 to 3 times a week, and I drank more than 3 liters of water every day. And yet I still didn't lose even 1 bit.. what is this?? In the reviews, they say even one session makes a dramatic difference, so what am I?? They said it's because I didn't follow the diet~ Then why pay so much money for the procedure?? When I asked for a refund, they kept emphasizing the diet and said refunds aren't possible, and they keep saying only to try it with a different device, while pretending not to know and dragging this out for over 2 monthsㅡㅡ
