Right now it’s been about a year and a half? since I had a 7 mm nasal bridge implant, osteotomy, septal cartilage and ear cartilage, and nostril reduction. There’s some show-through and my nose feels so uncomfortable, so I want to remove it.. I’m a man, and originally my nasal bridge was a bit low and my nasal tip was a bit spread out. If I remove only the silicone, lower the nasal tip to match it, and redo the osteotomy too, would the shape be very different from before surgery? Since I’ve already had nostril reduction too, what kind of nose shape would I have if I only remove the silicone..? Is there anyone like me..? My original nose? Or somewhere in between? A surgically altered nose..? Which would it be closer to..?
