Everyone who had revision rhinoplasty with Director H at HT or KBJ, please help~~~ It’s revision rhinoplasty, and I only have silicone in the nasal bridge) After doing a lot of online research, I had consultations at two places, HT and KBJ, and I’m trying to choose between them. Before the consultations, I was drawn to KBJ because their results looked natural, but after the consultations, I’m leaning toward HT.
KBJ: silicone for the nasal bridge, use of septal cartilage and ear cartilage, lowering an upturned nose, functional rhinoplasty (improving a deviated septum, rhinitis) - functional rhinoplasty can be covered by indemnity insurance
HT: silicone for the nasal bridge, use of septal cartilage and donated costal cartilage, cartilage tying, nasolabial angle correction, event promotion (uploading photos to apps like Bobby? Gangnam Unni?) Functional rhinoplasty (no mention of a deviated septum or rhinitis lol)
Personally, I feel like HT would give me a prettier nose, but even though my nose is small, they recommended making it a little slimmer with cartilage tying. Since Director H specializes in bulbous noses, I briefly wondered if they apply cartilage tying to every nose?
