That's me. I really have almost no nasal bridge at all. People around me all said I have no bridge and only the lower nasal ala shows. That's how much, but I put in a high silicone implant. The director said if I remove the silicone now, the shape will look really strange, so I'm hesitating a bit. But silicone has to be removed someday eventually, doesn't it? So if I'm going to remove it, I feel like it would be better to remove it now. Has anyone here had a really, really low nasal bridge like me and removed silicone? And for reference, I want to remove the silicone but not remove the cartilage. Would it still change a lot…
