The director explained everything in such detail that honestly there was no need for any additional explanation from the manager. For the eyes, they pointed out the pros and cons of both incision and non-incision methods, and helped me choose for myself. When I asked whether the natural-looking nose I wanted would also be possible, they answered honestly, which I really appreciated. They also recommended only the parts of the surgery that were truly necessary, so I felt confident. The director was honest, realistic, and had a professional tone, but I think I liked that even more.
