I usually don't write things like this, but I'm writing in case it helps even a little!!! I went to consultations at three places for alar base reduction!
1. ㅈㅅㅌ Director Yoo - Consultation fee of 10,000 won - Expected incision of about 3 mm, suture removal + swelling laser on day 7 - Sedation anesthesia - CCTV viewing available if requested in advance before surgery - 1.66 million won, but discounted to 770,000 won if booking the same day * They were the only one to mention CCTV first, and the director looked not only at my nostril wings but overall at my nasal bridge, nasal tip line, etc., and checked what would suit me
2. ㅅㅇㅋ Director Lim - First, there is a short consultation with the consultant while looking at a PPT, and she rapid-fire raps about the surgical process, method, reviews, and other things - I think the consultation with the director was about 2-3 minutes, and during that time he seemed to say "Anything else you're curious about?" about 7 times Like in all the reviews you see, 'looks tired, looks drained, looks annoyed' is accurateㅇㅇ. This was the only place where the consultant also stood behind and listened during the director consultation - Suture removal after 3 days - Sedation anesthesia - 990,000 won including the deposit, on the condition that you pay a 50,000 won same-day pre-reservation deposit; 100% refund of the deposit if you cancel the booking * I don't know the exact hospital layout, but next to the desk, I don't know if it was some operating room, but I kept hearing from inside, "Yes, yes. You're doing well, please hang in there~." And the beeping sound when a timer ended was very loud for over 10 minutes. The operating room nurse ladies kept coming in and out through the door next to the desk, and overall it felt chaotic
3. ㅎㅇㅂ - I had requested Director Woo, but the wait at ㅅㅇㅋ got long, so I arrived about 20 minutes later than my scheduled consultation and ended up consulting with the youngest director (I'm disappointed, so I plan to go again..) - This was the only place where the consultant looked like she hadn't had even 1 bit of plastic surgery!! Cutie style.. - Since they do both internal and external approaches, they explained the surgical method in detail. They used two long cotton swabs, placed them at the inner corners of my eyes, checked the proportions, and said internal alone would probably be enough - Sedation anesthesia - 880,000 won for internal, 1.1 million won for external (I don't remember exactly) * Looking up reviews, there were so few that I couldn't find a single bad post (I guess that means they manage their reviews that much?), and I want to consult again with Director ㅇㄱㅅ, so I plan to go once more later For reference, I'm from outside Seoul
For all three places, they commonly said my nostril wings themselves are not especially wide sideways, so there wouldn't be a dramatic effect For me too, rather than my nostril wings being large sideways, my nostrils themselves are round and large, and when seen from the side, the nostril length is long, you know? I wanted to do something about that But they said the effect of reducing that would be minimal.. For reference, ㅇㄴㅁㄷ had way too many reviews, so it actually put me off..
