Before/after before/after before/after. This is a review of the surgery I had three months and a few days ago. I was concerned about dissatisfaction with my nose shape (a dorsal hump), and I wanted to minimize risks regardless of cost.
I chose this clinic because I judged the risk to be low: the surgery is performed under local anesthesia, the clinic name and director have remained unchanged for a long time, and they mainly perform surgeries without using silicone.
The surgical details were that I received part of what is commonly called rhinitis surgery, had the hump rasped down, and received cartilage grafting at the nasal tip. It was difficult, but not painful. I had to visit the clinic several times after surgery, but personally I thought it was necessary, so I liked that.
As for the result, in conclusion, I am satisfied. I still feel some regret because I became aware after surgery that my glabella area is low, but I am satisfied in that I achieved my original goal. This is because my complex disappeared while no one around me noticed that I had surgery.
I recommend this clinic if, regardless of cost, you want to prioritize safety and resolve a complex through slight improvement. If you have high expectations for surgery, I would advise against it.
