I was too scared of rhinoplasty, so I only had alar reduction. I was afraid my nose would end up looking pinched, so I asked them to make my nostrils round, and I think they reflected that well. But I kind of liked it when there was still swelling, and now that all the swelling has gone down, I’m not sure if I’ve just gotten used to it or if it has stretched out. I feel like I should have reduced it a little more. When I look at hospital reviews, there don’t seem to be many scars, but maybe it’s just my skin type, because I have a white scar left along the incision area. But since you can’t really tell unless you look closely, I’m fairly satisfied.
