I went to see Director ㄱㄱㅇ because of revision rhinoplasty. The consultation was very kind and thorough, and he even used a cotton swab to directly shape the look while examining me carefully. He caught even the small details of the crooked parts, so I trusted him. I was recommended slight hump shaving, osteotomy, and using costal cartilage for the nasal tip. For the costal cartilage, I’m deciding between donated rib cartilage and autologous costal cartilage.
