This is my first nose surgery, and my nose is low, small, short, and bulbous... a total disaster of a nose.. Personally, I wanted it to look a bit more glamorous
I went to consultations at 6 places in total, but half mentioned rib cartilage and half mentioned septal cartilage, so I ended up with a lot to think about. The places I wrote about this time are the 4 clinics that people said looked natural in their reviews!
First, I’ll write exactly how I felt. And something I really hope you’ll know in advance is that maybe because I wanted a nose surgery as soon as possible(?) I honestly felt good during every consultation! So please understand that I never had a bad feeling because of the consultation attitude.
1. The doctor seemed very reliable and full of confidence in his skills. I went with my mother, and she said he was really trustworthy. My mother has a rather sharp personality, but she trusted the doctor so much that I was surprised. I didn’t feel bad at all during the consultation, and he also carefully went through my question list one by one and checked everything. Even though I went twice, they treated me well, and I heard all the reviews here say it looks natural! And the manager also had a very straightforward, nice personality. He was attentive and quick to catch things It was my first consultation, but it left me feeling good.

The doctor and the managers here also had really nice personalities. Thanks to that, I was able to consult comfortably. They explained everything in detail. This place is also famous because the doctor is an otolaryngology specialist, so it’s well known for functional surgery for rhinitis too! Since they also handle actual medical expense coverage, it seems like a good place to consult if you want a natural result plus rhinitis treatment.
3. 첫ㄷㅊㅇㅇ <Dr. Kim ㅌㅎ> Consultation staff: Manager Yun ㅈㅇ Consultation fee: 5,000 won Consultation details - Board-certified specialist: otolaryngology specialist - Price: at least high 8 million won range - Materials: rib cartilage used I lost the paper where I had written my notes....... I was surprised because the price range was a bit high. Even at other places, places using rib cartilage were under 6 million won I think the doctor and manager were okay. If I remember correctly, they also handled aftercare/service and post-op care...? Maybe it’s because the first two places were so kind..? This place felt a bit more businesslike, but I still didn’t feel bad or anything. It was just average!
4. 닥ㅌㅁ <Dr. Jang > Consultation staff: Manager Choi ㅁㄴ Consultation fee: 0 won Consultation details - Board-certified specialist: O - Price: under 2 million won - Materials: silicone, ear cartilage - Post-op care: O I can’t remember whether I forgot to note the aftercare/service and CCTV details or just didn’t get to ask... They were running a discount period right now and gave me an unbelievably low price, so I was surprised. They said I probably didn’t need to touch the alar area, either. At first I had been referred to a different doctor, but the manager connected me with someone who specializes in incision-based surgery if I was going to have an open incision procedure. They were also kind during the consultation.
For now, I’ve only left reviews for the 4 natural-looking places out of the 6! The remaining 2 places are the ones people say are really glamorous, and they definitely use rib cartilage there too. I’ll write those two separately and post them as well
