I had non-implant rhinoplasty, plus functional surgery for deviated septum and rhinitis, with Director Hyun Sang-min at a clinic. Today was the day to remove the splint and stitches, so I went to the hospital. After they suctioned out the nasal discharge and took off the splint, I felt like I could finally live a little.. I can breathe to some extent now, and I looked in the mirror right after they removed it, but there’s still so much swelling..ㅠㅠ Still, the side profile isn’t bumpy, and although the nasal tip is plump, they said the swelling will go down haha For now, I’m going to watch the swelling go down. I didn’t have a dorsal hump, but when I read reviews from people who had non-implant surgery, I saw a lot of posts saying it became bumpy after all the swelling went down, so I am worried ㅠㅠ The director put something like a camera inside my nose and showed me, and said the deviated septum had been corrected well. They said my nose will look much slimmer once the swelling goes down, so I guess I’ll just wait for now!! For now, I just want tomorrow to come quickly so I can wash my face first ㅠㅠ!!! I’m at a loss about how to remove the sebum on my nose... How did everyone manage the skin on their nose right after rhinoplasty?
