It’s been a month since I had nostril wing lifting. My alae were thick, and rather than being wide horizontally, the lower part of my alae was wide and the alar wings were long, so I thought lifting them was absolutely necessary and went for a consultation haha After removing the stitches, I applied antibiotic ointment well for 7 days, and because the incision line is small, it’s not particularly noticeable even when I go around without a mask! I had lived without knowing I needed surgery, but lately every time I looked in the mirror I thought I looked so ugly, and I kept wishing my nose would shrink a little and look like this I’m satisfied because I think it turned out naturally well haha My facial features feel more neat and delicate? I think that old-fashioned look has disappeared a lot I worried a lot about scarring, but honestly if I wear makeup and so on, it’s not even visible, and nobody around me noticed. They say something changed lol but they don’t seem to know what haha Even without alar base reduction, just lifting the nostril wings made the alae look smaller too and naturally prettier, so I really like it haha They said minor swelling lasts about 3 months, so I’ll upload again after it goes down more haha It was my first surgery, so I had lots of questions and was annoying, but thank you for continuing to answer kindly lol
