I had surgery for a hump nose and arrow-shaped nose, including alar reduction and osteotomy. The surgery was done with a closed approach. Since I wanted a natural look, only ear cartilage was used. It has been 51 days now, and I keep thinking I should have been a bit more ambitious I should have raised the nasal tip more Recovery was really fast.
