Hi~~ It’s already been 6 weeks since I had fat extracted from my arms. It’s still uncomfortable to use my arms, but it has really eased a lot compared to the beginning. My size has gone down by 3 cm and I’m in the process of losing about 3 kg too, but now I’m going to try to maintain instead of lose more. My size will still go down, right..? If you have any good tips for maintaining weight, please let me know in the comments! My skin really has no elasticity, so I wondered if it would tighten up, but as you can see in the photos, I can see that it has improved compared to the beginning, so I guess that gives me a little comfort...? It’ll keep improving more, right...? haha They say Ulfit and extracorporeal shockwave therapy help improve it... For those who have tried them, did you feel like there was improvement?
