It was a revision surgery after having upper arm sagging fat liposuction at another clinic, and they recommended arm and abdomen liposuction, but I decided to do only the arms first. (Later I also did the abdomen and love handles.) At the first consultation, after fully undressing, they checked my pinch test and gave an estimate while I was only in my underwear. There is no separate coordinator, and the director handles both consultation and surgery alone. The conclusion is that the fat did not come off evenly, so I am now looking into revision surgery at another clinic, and the upper arm sagging got worse, while the abdomen also became bumpy..
