I got 5 sessions of HPL at a dose of 500, and it does seem like it helped a lot with cleaning up my lines.... But you seriously have to drink a lot of water, so I went to the bathroom a ton every day, and they said you really have to work hard on thigh stretching exercises for the effects to show.... Hmm.... I think it’s not bad for tidying up extra fat or cellulite I got it on my inner thighs I got the steroid-free version!
