During my first surgery, the implant had shifted to the right, so the nasal ala looked pulled to the right, and the quack doctor said lowering the columella seemed prettier, so apparently they lowered it? So the columella is dropped like that even from the front. It was worse from the side.. So for the second surgery, I had columellar strut + columella lift + columellar strut + cartilage tying + ear cartilage. But even after doing this, when viewed from the front, the columella actually looks more crooked than before. So the nostril asymmetry also looks even worse. The reasons for revision were that after the first surgery, the silicone was deviated to the right, the columella was drooping, and the uneven nostrils were my complex. They said the more the nose is raised, the worse the asymmetry gets, so I didn’t raise the nose. I said I didn’t care if it was the same height as before or even lower, I had no desire for height, and just wanted that part improved a bit, but it feels like it got worse.. From the front, the columella looks too pulled to the left. I should get early correction, right? It’s day 6
