I’ll continue writing reviews of hospitals 4 to 6, the ones I didn’t choose.
4. ㅋㅋ - I didn’t feel professionalism from the consultant’s consultation, and I felt slightly upset while talkingㅠ (Before I put on the mask, she said she didn’t know why I came, but after I took it off, she understood and said I should have surgery: she said things like this, and maybe because I’m sensitive about this part, I felt bad... People who are cool about this may not relate...!) - I wanted a posterior-auricular incision if possible, but because of cortical bone reduction, they recommended an intraoral incision. - I think the director’s consultation also ended briefly, around 5 minutes. Since I said I wanted a posterior-auricular incision, it felt like he didn’t consult for long.
5. ㅂㅇ - The consultant gave a professional consultation and was kind like an older sister I know, so I had a pleasant consultation. She was good at presenting the clinic’s strengths. - But the director’s consultation was really not greatㅠㅠ It felt like consultant consultation 9 : director consultation 1, to the point that the director’s explanation was insufficient, and it felt like he was explaining roughlyㅠㅠ Even if the consultant’s consultation is good, ultimately the director is the one doing the surgery, so I was conflicted. - The price was the cheapest among the 6 places. I think I was surprised because it was similar to the cost of my eye surgery. It being too cheap also made it hard to trust, so that was another reason I didn’t choose it.
6. ㅂㅌ - After taking a CT, I finished a short consultation with the consultant and waited for the director... I waited almost 40 minutes, so I was annoyed even before the consultation. They kept making me wait while moving rooms, and there wasn’t even one word of apology for being late, so I kept feeling bad. While waiting, I heard the director filming a YouTube video in the room next door, so I think he was late because of that. Couldn’t he have filmed after my consultation was overㅠㅠ - Like ㅋㅋ, this place also recommended an intraoral incision. They persuaded me really strongly, so I was considering an intraoral incision until the consultation at ㅂㄷ. - This was the only place that recommended 2 types to me. Other places said my front chin was on the slim side, so I didn’t need to do it. I had only been thinking of 1 type, so I felt like the style they pursued didn’t match mine, and I didn’t choose it.
There wasn’t much information on posterior-auricular square jaw surgery, so I wrote at least a consultation review. My surgery is next week, and I hope it goes well!! I want to get it done quickly.
