If you get your first surgery as functional nose surgery, do they work on the inside more? I was dissatisfied after my first surgery, so I had everything removed. They also shaved down a slight hump, but now it feels as if it’s empty. Not quite to the point of saddle nose

I do have inflammation, but it hasn’t progressed to contracture, you know? At the hospital where I want to have surgery, they said to take medication first, and if the inflammation isn’t severe at the time of surgery, they can scrape it…
