If you get your first surgery as functional nose surgery, do they work on the inside more? I was dissatisfied after my first surgery, so I had everything removed. They also shaved down a slight hump, but now it feels as if it’s empty. Not quite to the point of saddle nose ㅠ

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
