Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redo

I have nasal inflammation. Would immediate revision surgery be too much? ㅜㅜ

I do have inflammation, but it hasn’t progressed to contracture, you know? At the hospital where I want to have surgery, they said to take medication first, and if the inflammation isn’t severe at the time of surgery, they can scrape it out? and proceed with surgery. If the inflammation is severe, they might only remove the implant and then do revision surgery again later (they said the chance of this isn’t high). But someone in the community said that if a contracted nose is revised right away, contracture comes back 100%. In my case, where it hasn’t contracted yet but there is inflammation, would it be better to remove only the implant first, wait, and then have revision surgery again?? It is a revision, but I’m only going to shave down the hump more and remove the silicone completely. It’s closer to a nasal tip revision. Please give me your opinions. There was also a hospital that said revision surgery is possible right after silicone insertion.
