I had total removal because of inflammation and contracture in my nose, then revised only the nasal tip with septal cartilage + ear cartilage My nasal tip was lifted and became short, so I also had lengthening done.. But I wanted my nasal tip to go up like a semi-ski-slope line Could it be swelling? From the side, the nasal tip looks a bit droopy There’s still a lot of swelling in the columella area, nasal tip, and nasal bridge ㅠㅠㅠ I’ll only know after the swelling on the nasal dorsum and nasal tip goes down, right? The hospital where I had surgery is famous for semi-ski-slope lines, though ㅠㅠㅠ I’m already upset because I feel like my nose won’t turn out that way ㅠㅠ
