Hellish waiting time, unfriendly consultation staff, but they had great energy among themselves. The atmosphere seemed nice for working there— not boring. I had an appointment at 5:30, but arrived around 5:10 and was waiting. Several people were already ahead of me. Whether the director's surgery had not finished or they were treating someone else, another customer got annoyed and asked when they could go in, while the answer kept changing: 10 minutes, 15 minutes, 30 minutes. The annoyed customer was taken in first! (I arrived first, haha. If you want to get in quickly, raising your voice first might work.) Then I entered the consultation room too. I was basically trapped there for an hour. Nobody came to check on me, so I quietly waited, then said, “I have plans, so I’ll leave first,” and eventually left. All three consultation staff were predictably indifferent. I know plastic-surgery clinics can have long waits, but the staff’s handling of it was awful T_T If I had been desperate, I would have waited, but I had only come casually alongside another errand. If you really want it, try waiting.
