Is it better to sleep with my back propped up at an angle for several days after breast surgery?? My lower back hurts when I sleep sitting up T_T, but is it still better to do that to help manage swelling...? It’s hard to become prettier. Still, I’ll think of it as part of the process!!!!!!!!!!
